COACH ERIKA
Erika studies dance since her early years, starting with Classical Dance and artistic gymnastics. In her teens, she discovered Hatha Yoga with the teacher Rossana De Paolis, a pioneer of Yoga in Italy.
She has traveled Europe and later in the USA and Canada to study various forms of Dance and Martial Arts. She studied Oriental Dances at the IALS with Salua Nanni, with whom she would later collaborate in shows and events. She is the first Italian dancer to be certified as ATS(R) FCBD instructor by Carolena Nericcio, creatrix of the style, and became the first Sister Studio in Italy.
Erika obtained her Ph.D. in Clinical and Community Psychology from The Sapienza University of Rome and has worked for Agostino Gemelli Hospital and the non-profit organization Isola che C'E'.
Erika co-founded and co-directs the religious and cultural Association Pagan Pride Italia, with which she offers public events and celebrations, Seasonal events, Spiritual retreats, and acts as a public voice for the pagan community as well as an internal ear for those in need. She performs Priesthood services for the community and assistance in the various phases of life.
She has studied Shamanism with Lorenza Menegoni of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies. She became a trained masseur at the Istituto di Scienze Umane of Rome. She has collaborated with Storytelling companies, with Historical Reconstruction Groups, and in Cinema under the direction of Ettore Scola.
Erika is a Maestra of the IALS (Istituto Addestramento Lavoratori dello Spettacolo/Institute for the Training of Entertainment Workers) and a teacher for the Oriental & Tribal Academy, which forms professionally certified teachers and assistants recognized by the Italian government.
She is the Artistic Director and Choreographer of Silver Wolf Clan and Tengri Tribe.
